We are offering TWO age groups this summer to accommodate the needs of our participants. Ages 5-9 and 10-13, groups will do activities separately but come together for afternoon. Registration opens Saturday, March 4th @10am on Uplifter! Stay tuned for information regarding our half day skill focused camps coming soon.
Outdoor play will take place at the play park on Head St, it's just a short walk from the gym and the perfect place to get fresh air! Twice a week will be splash pad day (weather permitting), please pack your child a bathing suit, towel, and extra set of clothes and sunscreen.
We will have two snack breaks and a lunch break everyday, so please ensure that your child has an ample amount of food and water. As a sports camp, kids will be very active and will need to be fuelling their bodies properly!

Due at checkout: $50 deposit per week, processing fee, 2023-2024 Gymnastics Ontario fee and ALL taxes. Remainder of camp fees are due on June 15th. Please choose PAY BY INSTALMENT at checkout to ensure you are not charged the full amount of camp until June. Reach out to us if you have any questions!
We love animals, especially puppies!! This week's games, activities and crafts will focus on pets and maybe a few WILD animals too! It will be paw-sitively awesome!! Stay tuned for some special guests visiting this week!
This week is all about those "once upon a times" and your "happily ever afters"! Dreams will come true when we dress as Disney characters on the last day of camp. Hop on your magic carpet and fly into camp with us!
NinjaZone Summer Camps are the coolest camps happening this year! At the end of the camp, your child will be ready to show off their official sweet Ninja moves and have more confidence than when they started. Your child's confidence will soar, as they rise to challenges every day.
Pack your bags, we're going on a trip! There hasn't been much travelling in the past two years and we're ready to enjoy those travels right from camp. Dust off that passport and join us for an adventure!
Experiments galore this week, are you ready to be a mad scientist? We're going to get messy this week that's for sure. It might help to have a real life mad scientist at camp too!
Who says we can't celebrate all the iconic holidays year round? Halloween, Christmas, Valentine's, and Easter are always a blast, especially as surprise celebrations in the summer!
It's NINJA TIME again! Warped walls, obstacle courses and so many challenges. Who's ready to show off their ninja skills by the end of the week?
Everyone loves super heroes!! Do you have a super hero in your life? We'll honour all the real life heroes too; frontline workers, paramedics, firefighters etc. Expect a few special visitors this week!
YES! We provide 1:1 support at no extra cost for up to FOUR individuals each week. The first four families to register are given priority for support.
As we have limited staff, we are more than happy to accommodate outside support staff attending camp with children. We would hate for support to be the reason for not attending camp so please reach out and we will make it work!
Our Summer Camp program provides a day filled with action, theme-based activities and crafts, as well as great opportunities to build bonds and friendships.
Early morning: Group Warm-up, Games and Movement
Mid-morning: Snack Break
Late morning: Gymnastics Rotation and Themed Activities
Noon: Lunch Break and Quiet Activities
Early afternoon: Outdoor Play
Mid-afternoon: Snack Break
Late afternoon: Gymnastics Equipment Circuits and Themed Activities
Summer camp participants are welcome to wear anything that is comfortable and flexible to ensure they have freedom to move during activities, including T-shirts, shorts, tights or bodysuits. Bare feet are worn in the gym. Running shoes for ninja weeks.
Hair: Place long hair in a tightly fastened pony tail. If bangs are long, please secure with a hair clip.
Tip: Please ensure hair is gym-ready for attending camp, and bring extra elastics.
Extra clothes: Please pack your children an extra set of clothes – accidents happen and crafts can get messy! Please pack a bathing suit, towel and sunscreen everyday. We are hoping to make it to the splash pad twice a week depending on weather.
Water Bottles: Campers need to stay hydrated so don’t forget those water bottles! Please label your child’s belongings, especially their water bottle to prevent mix up in the gym.
Nutrition: Campers will have two 15-minute breaks for snack and a half-hour for lunch. Please pack your child enough food for the day, including an AM and PM snack. All food should be nut-free.
Do Not Bring: Do not send valuables to camp, including personal devices such as phones or iPads.
