Why Spectrum Gymnastics
Our unique classes are developmentally appropriate and designed to help participants build self-confidence, learn new skills and get active! Our highly trained coaches and volunteers create a non-competitive, friendly environment for children to learn and grow. Our coaches are trained to work with participants of all ages and abilities...everyone belongs!
Owner - Teagan Fitch
Teagan has been involved in gymnastics and cheerleading her entire life. She competed at a provincial level in power tumbling and trampoline for many years. She then went onto competitive cheerleading to cheer for Power Cheer Gym Vipers as well as Brock University's Worlds team. After her time as an athlete, she started coaching. She is trained through the National Coaching Certification Program (NCCP).
Teagan went to Brock University where she obtained a degree in Recreation and Leisure Studies with a minor in Child and Youth Studies. She then completed a post-graduate program at Niagara College for Autism and Behavioural Science.
Teagan decided to start up Spectrum Gymnastics to combine her two passions; gymnastics and working with individuals with special needs. She is proud to be offering inclusive programming for individuals of all abilities!
